Rollerski – Discharge of liability and Responsibility for equipment.

I hereby confirm that I am in adequate physical condition and that there is no problem or reason to impede or hamper my participation for the experience.

I declare to be conscious of the inherent risks to practice rollerski, foot bike, paddle board and kayak, and I assume these risks. I exonerate the instructor, the business Rollesrski.ca and any third parties of any injury that could occur however large or small form arrival until departure after the activities.

I hereby understand and agree that the equipment provided must be returned in good working order. I declare that I am aware of the risk of loss or breakage of equipment inherent in the practice of rollerskiing, foot biking, paddle boarding and kayaking, and that I assume them.

Thus, I will compensate the supplier Rollerski.ca monetarily if, after the activity, an item has been lost or is returned unusable (equipment partially or totally broken due to accident or misuse) by me the user.

Note: It is extremely rare that our equipment breaks or becomes damaged as our products are of extremely high quality and are very resistant to normal wear & tear. Be careful and you will not have any problems or issues.

The compensation costs are payable immediately after the activity, on site, by email money transfer to the following address : philshaw@rollerski.ca.

You will immediately receive a tangible hand written receipt followed by an official invoice/receipt within 48 hours.
