The importance of properly adjusted RollerSki POLES!
To begin with I would like to start by saying that I am an elite cross country racer and have been for more than 30 years. So cross country ski racing with the properly adjusted poles is very important to being competitive. The proper length, stiffness, aerodynamics, lightness and it’s resilience or strength are to name a few qualities that make for good cross country ski racing poles. Then you look for the correct accessories at the opposite ends of the xc ski poles. Namely a rigid-light aerodynamic basket at one end and a snug and yet rugged ergonomic pole strap at the other end!!

Except for three things: RollerSki poles need to be constructed with a resilient shaft to endure poling on hard surfaces. 2. RollerSki poles need special ferrules installed at the poling end and thirdly they should have a little flexibility to alleviate the pounding on hard surfaces!!! Sincerely, Phil Shaw

Rollerski or Cross Country Ski lessons
Rollerskiing was conceived to be able to practice cross country skiing without snow. The benefits of rollerski training is shown to improve or increase fitness for cross country skiing, alpine skiing, cycling and in-line skating.
The sports of rollerskiing and cross country skiing are intimately linked and by practising one you increase your skill and fitness for the other. Either for discovering or perfecting your rollerski or cross country ski technique, we have two certified instructors for you. Lessons are possible all year round, weather permitting, although an appointment is necessary.
For a rollerski lesson, we provide rollerskis, poles and protective gear if you need. The customer must bring his or her own bike helmet and bike gloves.
For a cross country ski lesson, the customer must have his or her own equipment.
It’s a great idea to take a rollerski lesson. In this way, it will be easier to choose your make and model of rollerskis and poles.
A lesson is the ideal way to start a new passion and increase your learning curve speed. An advanced lesson in rollerskiing or cross country skiing will help you surpass your expectations and will help you get better in your chosen technique, classic or skating.
